The Mancelona Early Childhood Programs provide the following services:
- On-site Child Care and Preschool Center for Infants Through School Age
- Before School and After School Care
- School Age Programs for School Breaks, Snow Days and Summer
- Center Based Early Head Start for Qualifying Children Birth to 3 Years of Age
- Head Start Preschool Partnership for Qualifying Children 3 and 4 Years of Age
- Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for Qualifying Children 4 Years of Age
- Early Childhood Special Education Preschool (ECSE) for Children 2 1/2 to 5 Years of Age with an Individual Education Plan (IEP)
- Parent and Child Educational Opportunities
- Resources and Referral for Families with Preschool Aged Children
