The candidate must have a valid Michigan teaching certificate with a special education certification. The candidate will be responsible for teaching groups of students with mild or moderate disabilities. Modify existing curriculum on basic subjects to meet each student's learning requirements and build individual lesson plans tailored to their specific needs. Discuss important matters that might impede students' progress with parents and support staff. Ultimately, you will help and inspire children to achieve important learning milestones. School Social Worker. Mancelona Public Schools has an immediate opening for a School Social Worker, either a licensed Master’s degree in social work or a Masters level licensed professional counselor (MSW/LPC).  In this position, you would support students and advocate for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Mancelona Public School has an immediate opening for a GSRP teacher.  The candidate must hold or have the ability to secure a valid Michigan teaching certificate with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related.  The GSRP teacher is responsible for developing, planning and implementing the classroom activities and curriculum.   This will ensure the safety and well-being of all children in their classroom and support their emotional, social physical and cognitive needs.
